Terms & Conditions

By accepting our estimate, you agree to the following:

Payment

  • Each payment installment is to be made in the form of cash, check, or credit card. We charge a 3% fee for credit card and PayPal transactions.

  • Make checks payable to “Precision Painting LLC”.

  • One-half of the full estimate, a key to your property, your paint form, and the signed terms and conditions form are due 5 days prior to the scheduled start date in order to begin our services.

  • The final balance is due upon completion of the project and final walk-through.

  • A 10% late fee will be added to the current balance if the final payment is not received within 5 business days upon completion of the project.

  • The customer will be responsible for any fees associated with checks that cannot be processed due to insufficient funds.

  • If we cannot process your check(s) due to insufficient funds, payment must be made in the form of cash or money order.

  • We will communicate directly with you as to where to mail your first installment and key.


Entry

  • We require a key (along with your first installment, paint form, and signed terms & conditions) 5 days prior to beginning our services.

  • When necessary, we will provide a lockbox, with your key inside, on your property for our team’s access. We will let you know the code. Upon completion of the project and at the end of our walk-through, we will give back your key and remove the lockbox from your property.


Timeline of Completion

  • Maintaining our timeline is a big priority for our company. Sometimes, however, delays arise due to weather, customer changes, dry times, unexpected issues, etc. We will communicate any delays as soon as possible. We ask for and appreciate your understanding and flexibility should a start or completion date needs to be moved back.


Paint

  • We will email a paint form for you to fill out, through which you can inform us of the paint brand, color, sheen, and the respective surfaces to be painted. Please print this form, fill it out, and mail it, along with the key, first installment, and a signed terms and conditions form at least 5 business days prior to our scheduled start date.

  • Precision Painting will purchase all paint and materials, as those fees are included in your estimate.


Changes

  • Changes in paint color and surfaces must be approved by us. We will share an updated invoice and a possible delayed start date with you for approval.
